Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24 to 48 working hours after confirmation.
During peak seasons, sales, or festive offers, processing time may take 1–2 additional days.

You will receive an email or WhatsApp confirmation once your order has been packed and shipped.

Delivery Time

• Metro Cities (India): 3–5 working days
• Other Cities / Towns: 5–8 working days
• Remote / Rural Areas: 7–10 working days.

Note: Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier partner and location.

We ship through trusted and reliable courier services such as Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC,Trackon etc.
All shipments are trackable, and tracking details are shared via SMS or email once dispatched.

Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping on prepaid orders above ₹999.

Damaged or Lost Packages

Unboxing video is required for any claim related to leakage or damage.

FRAGWORLD is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

Return Eligibility

At FRAGWORLD, customer satisfaction is our top priority. However, due to the hygienic and personal nature of perfumes, we accept returns only under the following conditions:
• You received a wrong product (wrong fragrance or size).
• The product was damaged or leaked during delivery.
• You received a defective item (broken cap, sprayer not working, etc.).

Returns are not accepted if:
• The perfume has been used, opened, or sprayed.
• The packaging, seal, or cellophane wrap is tampered or missing.
• You didn’t like the fragrance after purchase. (Fragrance preference is subjective.)

Return Process

If your order qualifies for a return, please follow these steps:
1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at

2. Provide order ID, photos/video of the issue (unboxing video preferred).
3. Our team will review and confirm eligibility within 2–3 working days.
4. Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you for return shipping.

Refund Process

• Refunds will be initiated within 7–10 business days after the returned product passes our quality check.
• Refunds will be made to the original payment method used during purchase.
• In case of COD orders, refund will be done via UPI or bank transfer.

4. Cancellation Policy
• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
• Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to receive a different product, please request a refund (if eligible) and place a new order.
